Yes, Sir. I'm a food blogger. Todays dish is a quick anti-capitalist pickled red onion salad. Pickle yr red onions as fast as f*** by pouring boiling water on the chopped onions, and let them soak for a while. Put in jar with rice vinegar, sugar & salt, five black pepper corns, some cloves of garlic cut in half, some fresh or dried chili and some thyme. Leave in fridge overnight. Make salad w/ roasted pine nuts, a can of green lentils, olive oil & a pinch of salt, deconstructed mozzarella cheese, fresh spinach and yr own DIY pickled red onions.
